As seen in Fig. 2, the room was configured in class-room style with 25+ seating places. Two
computers with large screens on either sides of the room were configured to continuously play
videos of the results of the project. Leaflets of the project were distributed on the tables and handed
at the entrance of the room to participants to the event.
